Love the Ravenwood series!!! Can not wait for the next book. I got the first in the series from A recommendation from Nook, immediately ordered the next 2, and have finished them! Excellent characters, love the story lines!
So glad you enjoyed the series, Beth! I am hard at work on the fourth book, Conspiracy of Silence. And hope to write many more. If you are so inclined, they could use some review love on B&N and Goodreads. And be sure to sign up for my mailing list so you can keep up to date with new release information. 🙂
As a retired secondary school English Instructor, I was very impressed by your first novel for its “grabbing the reader by the throat much as a Rottweiler would go after its intended victim.” Slowly building its way up, the descriptive language, settings, conflicts that twined themselves closely, characterizations that were built slowly but surely, all combined to make the story electric.
If I were still teaching, which, fortunately for me, I am not, I would have had my sophomore English students reading this book, although I suspect some of the parents of my students would probably “throw a fit” because of some of the “adult” situations occurring in the plot.
Your Atticus Riot would be well played by Matthew McConaghey were this novel turned to screen treatment.
Well done!
Thank you so much for your high praise, Jim! You made my day. 🙂 I’d love for Ravenwood Mysteries to be made into TV series. Let me know how you like the rest of the series.
